The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the front-of-house operation while working closely with hospital leadership to ensure the team runs efficiently and consistently delivers outstanding service. The Role Lead, coach, and develop the client services/reception team Oversee front desk scheduling, workflow, and daily operations Manage client communication, appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out Ensure an efficient and welcoming client journey throughout the hospital Handle escalated client concerns professionally and effectively Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and feedback Support the team with estimates, invoicing, payments, and other front-office processes Help establish and maintain consistent client service standards Monitor and support online reputation and client reviews Work closely with the Practice Manager and Medical Director Identify opportunities to improve hospital efficiency and client experience Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of client service staff Help create a positive, professional, and collaborative hospital culture Requirements Previous experience in veterinary client services, reception, or veterinary hospital management Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of veterinary hospital front-of-house operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident handling challenging client situations Strong organisational and time-management abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment Passion for delivering exceptional client and patient experiences Veterinary industry experience required
