Job Overview The Clinic Director is responsible for providing outstanding patient care while overseeing the daily operations, clinical performance, and growth initiatives of the clinic. This individual will serve as a leader, mentor, and ambassador for Square One Physical Therapy, helping expand our presence throughout the North Hills community. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services and maintain a patient-centered approach to care. Lead and mentor clinical and support staff to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture. Manage daily clinic operations, scheduling efficiency, productivity, and patient experience metrics. Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase community awareness and patient access. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, employers, athletic organizations, and community partners. Conduct physician outreach and referral development activities to support sustainable clinic growth. Participate in business development efforts, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to support current and future expansion. Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards. Collaborate with ownership and leadership to achieve financial, operational, and patient satisfaction goals. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), MPT, or PT degree from an accredited program. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license. Pennsylvania Direct Access Physical Therapy license. Minimum 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Previous leadership, management, or mentorship experience preferred. Board Certification through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists or advanced certifications are highly desirable. Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills. Passion for leadership, team development, and practice growth.
