Job Overview The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for a specific office - ensuring that policies, procedures, and plans are executed smoothly and expeditiously. This individual is pivotal in ensuring that their assigned office runs efficiently and professionally. The Site Manager will also be tasked with key projects and initiatives to continually improve operations and patient care.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred 2. Three years medical practice experience. 3. Two or more years of supervisory experience. 4. Computer literacy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists HR Director with the hiring and training of staff. 2. Monitors and evaluates staff performance. 3. Performs complete patient workups as necessary to support the clinic. 4. Assists in scheduling staff to meet operational requirements. 5. Implements office policies and procedures. 6. Oversees facility cleaning, hygiene, safety, and maintenance. 7. Assists in resolving information technology-related issues. 8. Manages employee timecards. 9. Conducts employee evaluations. 10. Initiates employee disciplinary procedures when appropriate, including write-ups and coaching for improvement. 11. Ensures compliance with various healthcare regulations. 12. Manage inventories (equipment, pharmaceuticals, contact lenses etc…). 13. Liaises with vendors as necessary. 14. Supervise patient scheduling. 15. Supervises clinic flow. 16. Communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints. 17. Acts as an effective liaison between the doctor, patients, and staff. 18. Ensures patient satisfaction. 19. Works alongside the front office manager to improve operations. 20. Aides in the creation of training materials. 21. Implements and drives initiatives. 22. Communicates often with all levels of administration. 23. Ensures that appointments are scheduled at the time of check-out. 24. Verifies that co-pays, refraction fees and other payments are collected at the time of check-out. 25. Confirms that the reschedule list is complete for their location. 26. Monitors their location's weekly provider schedules to proactively fill appointment vacancies and to respond to any potential issues. 27. Willingness to function in the capacity of clinical or front desk support as needed. 28. Supports opticians and the growth of UES optical business to include contact lens operations. 29. Orders clinical supplies and has responsibility for the management of all office supplies. 30. Designates daily lunch schedules for staff. 31. Completes required
HIPAA, OSHA & OIG
compliance training annually. 32. Prepares reports as assigned. 33. Reassign staff responsibilities if the clinic has concluded. 34. Promotes cross-training of employees. 35. Hold regular site meetings with staff. 36. Interacts regularly with providers to receive feedback on clinic flow and operational needs. 37. Maximizes location productivity and financial performance. 38. Executes role within the established budget. 39. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
