An established family dental practice in the Tyler area is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who can lead people, drive performance and create an environment where patients and team members feel genuinely cared for. This is a comprehensive practice serving patients through many stages of life and offering a broad mix of general and advanced dental care. We're looking for a leader who understands that a successful dental office is built on strong systems, healthy performance and meaningful patient relationships. What We Offer $45,000-$50,000/year Monthly + production bonus opportunities Monday-Thursday schedule Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO Life & disability insurance Employee dental benefits What You'll Own Lead, coach and develop the dental team Drive accountability around practice goals and performance Oversee scheduling, patient flow and daily operations Support treatment planning and case acceptance Help patients understand financial and third-party financing options Partner closely with the doctor and regional leadership Improve systems, performance and the overall patient experience Lead through change while protecting a positive, patient-centered culture What We're Looking For 3-5 years of dental experience 3-5 years of leadership experience Strong understanding of dental practice operations Treatment-planning and third-party-financing knowledge High emotional intelligence Confident, compassionate leadership style Open Dental experience is a plus
