As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance and hands-on operational support to practice teams, ensuring each location achieves outstanding clinical, operational, and financial performance. You will partner with providers, office leaders, and executive leadership to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple dental practices, ensuring consistent performance, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care. Drive practice growth by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives. Manage regional budgets, financial planning, revenue performance, and expense control to achieve organizational objectives. Partner with providers and office leadership to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall patient experience. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, state and federal regulations, and applicable healthcare standards. Oversee practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing processes, documentation, and medical records management. Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software to support accurate recordkeeping, operational efficiency, and effective practice management. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop office leadership and team members while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Support onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives across assigned locations. Monitor quality assurance, utilization management, and operational compliance to ensure adherence to organizational policies and accreditation standards. Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement best practices and achieve regional business goals. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity when handling patient and employee information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of multi-site management experience in a dental or healthcare environment. Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, practice management, and healthcare administration. Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software. Demonstrated financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance, OSHA standards, and applicable healthcare regulations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple locations. Ability to travel regularly between assigned practices. Why Join Us?
