Regional Dental ManagerPosition Summary The Regional Dental Manager oversees the operations and performance of multiple dental practices within an assigned region. This role is responsible for developing practice leaders, driving financial and operational results, improving the patient experience, and ensuring consistent compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple dental offices. Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers and practice leadership teams. Monitor KPIs including production, collections, new patients, scheduling, case acceptance, and profitability. Develop and implement action plans to improve practice performance. Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Support recruiting, staffing, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable regulations. Collaborate with corporate departments on operational, financial, and strategic initiatives. Conduct regular practice visits and provide leadership, accountability, and support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of dental, healthcare, or multi-site management experience. Proven experience leading multiple locations and developing managers. Strong understanding of dental practice operations and financial performance. Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management systems. Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region. Preferred Multi-location dental experience. Experience with acquisitions, integrations, or new practice openings.
