Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front desk operations and supervise Patient Service Specialists (PSS) Optimize provider schedules, patient flow, and appointment confirmation processes Monitor KPIs including productivity, collections, patient experience, and schedule utilization Ensure accurate registration, insurance verification, referrals, and payment collection Manage scheduling templates, minimize no-shows, and maintain strong patient retention Support staff training, onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback Resolve escalated patient concerns and ensure excellent service delivery Collaborate across departments to support care coordination and service integration Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies Maintain office operations including supplies, cleanliness, and overall clinic presentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient access and satisfaction
What You Bring:
