Full Job Description Overview:

Join us and be part of something bigger! We're searching for an Office Manager to lead our Monarch Dental team in McKinney, TX ! In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. If you're an organized, people-first leader ready to make an impact, we'd love to meet you. Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies
Qualifications:
Dental office leadership experience OR senior dental front office experience Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Compensation:
$62,000 - $65,000 per year
