Familiarity with PPO dental insurance. Entering treatment plan for the patients. Go over the financial arrangement options with patients. Be able to Send a pre-estimate treatment plan to the dental insurance. Familiar with dental terminology and coding and be able to create and send dental claims. Preferred to have experience with Open Dental software. Minimum 3 years experience in this position. Scheduling dental surgery for the dentist and coordinating it with anesthesiologists. Have a very outgoing personality and provide great customer service to patients. Please do not apply if you have no experience.
