Job Description

Join our esteemed office in search of an accomplished Dental Office Manager to lead our team with excellence. With a requirement of at least 2 years of dental experience, we seek individuals with attention to detail, self-motivation, a positive mindset, teamwork abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates possess extensive experience in insurance verification, claim submissions, billing, AR collections, and marketing, with proficiency in Open Dental being advantageous. Position Details:
Full-time, Contract Responsibilities:
General Managers serve as the local leaders at our dental offices, entrusted with the well-being of patients, office growth, community reputation, and adherence to company policies. Under the guidance of the Regional Manager, they oversee day-to-day operations, provide clinical guidance to the team, and ensure staff accountability.
Key Duties Include:
Providing day-to-day leadership, partnering with Regional Manager to achieve business objectives Acting as a liaison between doctors/providers and staff, ensuring effective communication and task prioritization Conducting audits of patient schedules, data entry quality, financial presentations, and more Assisting the front office team in presenting post-exam consultations and financing options Facilitating team member development through training, coaching, and performance management Creating and managing weekly team schedules and labor costs

Basic Qualifications:
3 years of dental experience Customer service experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 2 years of management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Dental office management experience, particularly in a multi-specialty setting Familiarity with Open Dental software CPR-BLS, RDA, or other relevant dental certifications Proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
