Our modern facility features a 128-slice CT scanner, fluoroscopy, endoscopy, arthroscopy, and a fully integrated ICU with advanced monitoring and ventilators. Led by a team of award-winning emergency veterinarians and board-certified specialists, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our hospital operations, guide and develop our staff, and support our continued growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced emergency and specialty hospital Lead and mentor department heads, technicians, and client service staff. Train and develop technicians, ensuring consistent clinical standards and a positive, growth-oriented culture Partner closely with specialists and ER DVMs to maintain seamless communication and case coordination. Supervise scheduling, payroll, HR compliance, and performance management Ensure exceptional client service and foster strong relationships with referring veterinarians Manage hospital financials, KPIs, and cost control measures Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance with OSHA and safety protocols Promote teamwork, accountability, and a supportive work environment Ideal Candidate Minimum 3 years of veterinary management or leadership experience (emergency/specialty hospital experience strongly preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to lead by example and motivate others. Strong collaboration skills with specialists, emergency doctors, and support teams.
