This position is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience, developing a high-performing team, maintaining efficient office systems, and ensuring the practice consistently meets its operational and financial goals. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who understands both the business and patient-care sides of dentistry and can hold the team accountable while creating a positive, professional, and supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, coach, and develop front office and clinical teams, building training plans and fostering a professional, patient-first culture.
Practice Operations:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring systems and procedures are followed while monitoring scheduling, patient flow, staffing, and resolving issues as they arise.
Scheduling & Growth:
Maximize provider schedules and production by confidently presenting treatment plans and supporting same-day treatment, reactivation, and recare efforts.
