We manufacture prescription lenses for eye doctors across the Mountain West. Behind every order is a patient counting on us to get it right. We're looking for an Office & Customer Success Manager . You'll be one of the first points of contact for our doctor accounts while helping keep our office and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This isn't a job where you'll do the same thing every day. One hour you might be helping a doctor's office with an order, the next you're organizing inventory, improving a spreadsheet, or creating a marketing piece in Canva. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and being the person who keeps everything moving, you'll fit right in. A Note for Opticians If you've spent time in an optometry office and love the optical industry but want a change of pace — fewer patient interactions, more behind-the-scenes work — this role is worth a close look. Your knowledge of prescriptions, lens products, and how doctor offices operate is a genuine advantage here. Schedule Approximately 30 to 40 hours per week Monday through Friday Typically start at 9 (there is some flexibility around start and end times) What You'll Do Answer phones (typically 0 to 3 calls per hour) and respond to emails from optometry practices Support day-to-day office and lab operations Assist with special projects involving Canva, Google Sheets, inventory, pricing, and process improvements Handle billing, invoicing, and customer account questions Coordinate with lab staff to resolve order issues and provide status updates to customers Help keep the office and lab organized and tidy The Ideal Candidate Warm, professional communicator who enjoys helping customers by phone and email Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software, troubleshooting issues, and using a Windows PC Organized and detail-oriented.
