You'll Shine in This Role If You… Know the ins and outs of dental office operations, patient flow, and insurance processes. Have experience managing a dental team and front desk — you're not afraid to jump in where needed! Understand dental billing, EOBs, AR, and confidently present treatment plans and financial options to patients. Are a natural leader who loves building strong, happy, high-performing teams. Feel confident entering, submitting, and tracking dental claims to completion. Have a knack for balancing people and performance — you care about results and relationships. Can hire, train, and support staff while maintaining and improving office policies and procedures. Stay organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. What You'll Be Responsible For:
Leading the daily operations of the dental office with clarity and compassion. Creating a welcoming, efficient, and organized environment for patients and staff. Supporting and managing team members while fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Overseeing insurance processing, billing, and patient accounts with accuracy. Presenting treatment plans with confidence and handling patient financial discussions with ease. Keeping track of claims from submission to closure, ensuring timely and complete follow-up. Building systems and manuals to support every role in the practice — and making sure they work! Driving performance, solving problems, and helping the practice grow, day by day.
