Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development. Manage Clinic operations, including scheduling and inventory management. Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience. Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.

Qualifications :

Previous management experience in a veterinary setting. Business degree or CVPM preferred Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front. Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
