Skills and Qualifications Great communication and sales skills A strong drive to meet goals in a fast-paced environment. Willing to be coachable Good understanding of Dental Office administration and Dental Insurances Knowledge of dental procedures and treatments is preferred. Ability to abandon previous work protocols, and quickly accept and adopt new systems Self Starter with leadership qualities, passionate, friendly, motivated, and energetic. Duties and Responsibilities Sales and getting patients to schedule for their dental health needs. Ensuring that the doctor and hygienist schedules are productive Creating and presenting treatment plans and financial estimates for all patients. Schedule patient appointments. Assist patients with financial arrangements. Ability to use third-party platforms such as Care Credit to facilitate treatment acceptance. Work with the Clinical team to effectively manage patient flow, providing communication and information to appropriate individuals. Other front office duties as needed. Meticulous record-keeping of scheduled vs. unscheduled treatment Follow up periodically with patients (follow up sales calls) Using our email communications tool to reach out to unscheduled patients.
