Located in the Fan for over 40 years, we have incredible patients and a strong commitment to serving our community. We take pride in providing excellent patient care while creating a positive, professional workplace. We're proud of the practice we've built and are looking for someone who wants to help us continue to grow while maintaining the personalized experience our patients have come to expect. We're looking for someone who is organized, honest, proactive, and enjoys building relationships with our patients while helping grow our team and strengthen our culture. We're looking for someone who wants the opportunity to lead, make decisions, and help shape the future of our practice. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and is willing to step in wherever needed. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the practice Lead and support the front office team Help maintain an efficient schedule, strong collections, and consistent practice productivity Work alongside the doctor on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management Address employee concerns and resolve issues professionally Review practice reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Assist at the front desk when needed Help maintain a positive, organized, and accountable work environment Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience (5+ years preferred) Strong understanding of dental insurance and front office operations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize, delegate effectively, and follow through Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative Benefits $28-34/hour based on experience Paid holidays Paid time off Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan You'll work directly with the owner in a practice where you're trusted to lead, your ideas are welcomed, and your contributions are recognized.
