In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily front desk activities, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and warmth Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently Utilize property management system to handle reservations, billing, and guest profiles seamlessly Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and quick response during incidents or crises Maintain effective phone etiquette and manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate internal communications Skills Extensive experience in hospitality management with a strong background in hotel operations and guest services Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members Proficiency in property management software and hotel management systems Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and customer service excellence Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Hotel experience preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality standards Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms guest experiences into memorable moments. Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
