Office Manager Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our orthopedic office. This role requires a high level of thinking, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functions, managing communication channels, and supporting staff and patients effectively. This position offers an engaging environment for someone with office experience who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Handle phone communication with patients, vendors, and healthcare providers, providing professional and courteous service Maintain accurate scheduling, patient records, and administrative documentation Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed Support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies Assist in coordinating appointments and patient flow within the orthopedic practice Utilize computer literacy skills to operate office software, manage electronic health records, and troubleshoot basic technical issues Think critically and strategically to improve office procedures and workflows Qualifications Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or orthopedic setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and electronic health record systems Excellent phone communication skills with a professional demeanor Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently Prior office experience is essential; familiarity with healthcare environments is a plus High level of organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment This position is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our orthopedic practice. Pay:
$26.25 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
