Full-time We are a friendly, patient-focused dental office looking for a reliable, positive, and hardworking Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with patients and families, communicates well, stays organized, and works well as part of a team. We are looking for an experienced dental professional who can help create a welcoming and smooth experience for our patients from the moment they contact our office until the completion of their treatment.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and checking them in and out Answering phone calls and responding to patient questions Scheduling and confirming appointments Reviewing treatment plans and estimated patient portions Collecting copays and payments Verifying dental insurance benefits Submitting dental insurance claims Following up on outstanding claims and patient balances Coordinating with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly Maintaining accurate patient and insurance information Providing excellent customer service to patients and families We are especially interested in candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy dental office. Previous dental front-office experience is required. Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, scheduling, and treatment coordination is strongly preferred. For the right candidate with strong leadership skills and dental office experience, we may also consider this position for a management role. This is a full-time position. Our clinical office is open Tuesday through Friday, and administrative team members are also required to work on Mondays.
