Assistant Manager - Dental Clinic (Full-TIme) Eau Claire, WI Area Confidential Employer We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the daily operations and overall efficiency of our dental clinic. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, patient-focused environment through strong leadership, administrative oversight, and exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager helps uphold high standards of patient care, maintains regulatory compliance, and fosters a productive, team-centered workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily clinic operations Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards Provide leadership and guidance to clinical and administrative staff Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and operational planning Maintain exceptional patient service and resolve escalated concerns Contribute to process improvements to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency Support staff training, onboarding, and performance coordination
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred Previous experience in a dental office setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and clinical workflows a plus Commitment to patient-centered service and collaborative teamwork This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting high-quality care while contributing to the success of a growing dental practice.
