Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while providing outstanding support to staff and patients alike. Duties Oversee daily office functions, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal operational efficiency Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for doctor, team members, and paitents using our
Electronic Health Records System:
Compulink Handle multi-line phone systems, direct calls with professional phone etiquette, and provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tasks with high attention to detail Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to pay bills and run weekly payroll Support front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing client communication with professionalism Oversee medical billing in conjunction with billing coordinator Requirements Experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical work and customer support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and productivity software Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and technical proficiency in office equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and phone etiquette is essential Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures using QuickBooks or similar software is preferred Previous experience in medical, optical, or dental management is a plus; familiarity with calendar management and personal assistant tasks is advantageous Exceptional time management skills combined with attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and document accuracy Join us as an Office Manager where your organizational prowess will empower our team's success!
