The Medical Record Collector will be responsible for gathering and maintaining accurate medical records for our online training programs. Key Responsibilities:

Collect and organize medical records from various healthcare facilities and providers Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of medical records Enter and update medical records into our online database Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain missing or incomplete medical records Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely submission of medical records Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical information Assist with quality assurance and compliance audits Collaborate with the training and development team to ensure accurate and up-to-date medical content Stay current with industry regulations and changes in medical record-keeping practices

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in medical record collection or related field Knowledge of medical terminology and record-keeping practices Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical privacy laws Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with database management systems Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
