Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, dependable and detail-oriented individual for our Medical Administrative Office. This position will provide administrative support to our Billing & Collections Team helping with daily office operations while acquiring skills for growth within the company. Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette and communication skills to address inquiries, and relay messages promptly. Assist with scanning, faxing, follow up tasks, and general office duties. Obtain/submit Medical Records to insurance companies. Help Posting team with claim audit reports. Communicate professionally with coworkers, patients and insurance companies. Maintain the confidentiality of patient and company information. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports and document administrative activities effectively. Skills Excellent phone call management skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional communication in English; bilingual skills are a plus are highly valued to effectively communicate with providers and patients. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily administrative tasks. Accurate attention to details combined with problem-solving skills is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reading and writing skills are necessary for managing medical documentation and communication tools effectively.

Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
