DCI Donor Services operates as organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: Sierra Donor Services and Tennessee Donor Services with operations in the states of California, New Mexico, and Tennessee. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank. Our performance is measured by the way we serve donor families and recipients. The Referral Screening Specialist will work on a rotating 12-hour shift on night shift from 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM EST. The position will perform on a 2 week rotating schedule (Week 1
- Sun, Wed, Thurs. Week 2
- Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of a two-year degree in a health-related field, nursing or paramedic/EMT certification or combination of equivalent experience. Min 1 year in OPO, Tissue Banking or related field. Including 1+ years in a health-care related position including use of medical terminology. Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications to include TEAMS is required. Exceptional teamwork, communication, and conflict management skills.
