Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Records (HIM) professional to join our team at Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and staff. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and complete medical records, including admissions, transfers, and discharges Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Meaningful Use Develop and implement policies and procedures for medical records management Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Requirements 1 minimum years of experience in Medical Records or a related field Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Health Information Management (HIM) or related field preferred How to Apply If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation.
