Pay:

$120,000-$125,000 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. A monthly gas stipend will be provided. Responsibilities Assist clinical staff with patient care activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support the management of patient information, including updating medical records and processing medical documentation efficiently Apply physiology and anatomy knowledge to facilitate understanding of patient conditions and treatment plans Ensure proper handling of sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient experience Participate in training sessions related to medical terminology, documentation procedures, and privacy protocols Requirements Proven experience or background in patient care or nursing support roles RN License is required. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices for protecting patient privacy Excellent skills in medical documentation and record-keeping systems Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with healthcare teams and patients Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in managing sensitive information Prior experience working with medical records or electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred
