Resp. incl. ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, security, & accessibility of medical records while complying with applicable healthcare policies & reg.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (addl training in health info. or medical rcds. pref.) Knowl. of medical terminology & health records mgmt. Strong orgs. & data entry skills Att to detail & ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) sys & basic computer app preferred
