Job Description

Overview We are looking for a friendly, dependable medical receptionist to join our fast-paced urgent care team! Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking patients in and out, answering multi phone lines, verifying insurance, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar medical office administrative role, preferably within clinics Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities Ability to handle sensitive patient information in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies Strong organizational skills with experience managing medical records, filing systems, and appointment scheduling in fast-paced environments Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with clinical documentation review processes is highly desirable Prior clinic office experience is preferred Embark on a rewarding career supporting healthcare delivery through exceptional administrative service. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
