Experienced Dental Front Office Professional Chandler, Arizona Our established, comprehensive dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Professional to join our team. We are not looking for an entry-level applicant. We are looking for someone who has successfully worked in the front office of a busy dental practice and understands what it takes to provide exceptional patient care while keeping a fast-paced office running smoothly. Depending on your experience, strengths, and demonstrated abilities, this position may develop into one of several key front office roles, including: Hygiene Coordinator Patient Checkout Coordinator Financial & Insurance Coordinator We hire for character first, but experience is essential. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of recent dental front office experience (general dentistry preferred) Strong knowledge of dental scheduling Experience answering multi-line phones Experience with patient check-in and check-out Knowledge of dental insurance and patient financial responsibilities Excellent computer skills Outstanding communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced dental practice.
