Responsibilities include but not limited to: answering multi line phones, check in/check out, verifying insurance plans, fax forwarding operations, scanning, medical records and various other duties requested by manager. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and a team player. NextGen Software experience is a plus. Summary As a Medical Front Office Receptionist, you will be essential in delivering outstanding patient service and managing the administrative functions of our medical office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your core skills in medical administrative support and front desk operations to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate medical records management. Your premium skills in EHR systems and HIPAA compliance will enhance our practice's efficiency and patient confidentiality. With relevant experience in multi-line phone systems and customer service, you will contribute significantly to a welcoming and organized environment for both patients and staff.
