Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Veterinary Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our clinic and supporting the overall patient experience. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar effectively. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments. Ability to retrieve prescriptions, assist clients with pet supply purchases . There will be times where doing Vet Assistant duties will come into play. Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area.
