Schedule Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue, 4:00 PM-12:00 AM Permanent Position Job Overview Seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, staff, and vendors. This role combines reception and light security duties to maintain a welcoming, safe, and organized environment. Experience in reception, customer service, healthcare, or administrative support is preferred. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Make overhead announcements and communicate important information. Greet and assist patients, visitors, vendors, and staff. Sign guests and contractors in/out and issue visitor badges. Provide directions and support facility navigation. Monitor entrances and reception areas for safety and security. Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations. Conduct occasional security rounds and respond to alarms or emergencies. Maintain visitor logs, incident reports, and daily records. Collaborate with facility staff to provide excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications Experience in reception, customer service, administrative support, healthcare, or security roles. Hospital, clinic, medical office, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication, phone, and public announcement skills. Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry. Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Requirements Must be able to use Smartphone and app on patrols Must be able to complete foot patrols (Inside and Out) Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. No felony convictions, pending felony indictments, parole, probation, or sex offender registration. Must not be a prohibited possessor or deemed mentally incompetent. No bad conduct, dishonorable, or other-than-honorable military discharge. Why Join Us?
