What You'll Do Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression. Manage a busy appointment schedule with efficiency and attention to detail. Answer phones, texts, emails, and digital patient communications. Verify insurance benefits, submit pre-authorizations, and assist with treatment estimates. Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements professionally. Maintain accurate electronic patient records. Help improve workflows by embracing new technology and automation. Collaborate with our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly. Learn and adapt as new software is introduced You're a Great Fit If You... Love learning new technology and figuring out better ways to work. Pick up new software quickly. Are comfortable using computers throughout your day. Have excellent communication and customer service skills. Stay organized, even when things get busy. Enjoy solving problems instead of waiting for someone else to fix them. Experience Preferred, but not mandatory, willing to train if no dental experience Dental front office experience Experience with similar practice management software Insurance verification and treatment planning experience Don't have experience with every system?
