Orthodontic Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator

Smile creators. Arizona Orthodontic Studio is growing and we want you to be a part of our 'Dream Team.' We are seeking out an organized, friendly, motivated team player that either has financial/insurance experience or treatment coordinator experience or that can be trained in those areas . Primary duties will include patient scheduling, patient relationship building, phones and communications as well as backing up the treatment coordinator. Team members must be energetic, self-starters with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required between three office locations (Central Phoenix and Scottsdale), reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling is required. Typical patient treatment days are Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 5:00 PM, Fridays 8:00AM-2:00PM. Occasional staffing needed outside of patient treatment hours for marketing projects, team building events, staff lunches and more.
