Role Overview:
As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the welcoming face to our clinic. You will handle various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Your role will be pivotal in managing patient interactions and supporting the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and their loved ones. Check In & Check out Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage. Collect, scan, and import required documentation. Process and post patient payments. Perform front desk tasks as assigned by management. Handle referral management (experience is a plus). Maintain confidentiality with all patient information.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting. Knowledge of medical terminology. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Proficiency in computer software and systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Ability to multi task & work in a high volume setting.
