  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a professional and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records in a fast-paced medical office setting.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required Proven experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel Schedule patient appointments and procedures Verify patient insurance information and collect payments Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the healthcare team Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations •
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of basic medical office procedures and protocols Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Willingness to learn and adapt to changing healthcare environments Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
