Job Overview Comfy Dental Studios is a wellness-forward dental practice in Beverly Hills, known for The Comfy Method and a five-star patient experience. We're looking for a polished, friendly, and organized team member to be the face of our office. This position will start as a part time position, leading to a full time role depending on candidate. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and make every visit feel effortless Answer phones, book appointments, and manage a busy daily schedule Confirm appointments, fill openings, and follow up on cancellations Keep patient records accurate in our practice software Support the clinical and office manager team when time allows, including record keeping, sterilization and operatory turnover (training provided) What We're Looking For Exceptional people skills and a professional, welcoming presence Strong time management and organization, even on busy days Trainable, coachable, and team-first Reliable, punctual, and discreet with patient information Dental or luxury service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer pay per hour, based on experience
