OF MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
We are seeking someone who understands the importance of accuracy, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and professionalism in a medical setting. The ideal candidate is pleasant, organized, motivated, punctual, reliable, and able to multitask while providing exceptional service to our patients and supporting our physicians and medical staff. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of medical receptionist/medical office experience Exceptional attention to detail — MUST Excellent customer service and a professional, friendly attitude Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Reliable, punctual, and responsible Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy office Professional communication with patients, physicians, and medical staff Strong computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Responsibilities Include Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Greeting patients and visitors professionally and courteously Answering phones and assisting patients with their needs Completing and reviewing patient paperwork for accuracy Ensuring patient information and records are current Making sure all required forms are completed, legible, and signed Updating daily schedules for cancellations and no-shows Advising the physician of schedule changes Preparing charts and paperwork for the following day Filing, faxing, photocopying, labeling, sorting, and other clerical duties Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming reception/waiting area Assisting physicians and medical staff with administrative tasks Performing other duties as assigned Please apply only if you have a minimum of 5 years of medical office experience and meet the qualifications listed above
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
