  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a oral surgery office. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical and dental administrative support and possess excellent communication skills to provide exceptional patient service.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
  • Maintain patient records and update medical information accurately
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support clinic operations
  • Spanish speaking is a PLUS
  • Skills:
  • Efficient multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Experience in medical administrative support or similar role
  • Proficiency in office procedures and phone systems
  • Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar electronic health record system
  • Strong customer service skills for patient interactions
