What you'll take care of A warm welcome: Greet patients, assist with check-in and check-out, and help each person feel comfortable and informed.
A well-managed schedule:
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits while responding thoughtfully to changes.
Clear communication:
Handle calls, texts, and emails with professionalism, personality, and timely follow-through.
Accurate insurance and accounts:
Verify benefits, create and update insurance plans, assist with billing and payments, and understand patient ledger balances.

Keep patient records accurate, close the loop on outstanding tasks, and coordinate with the clinical team throughout the day. You'll thrive here if you… Have at least two years of dental front office experience . Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can shift priorities while staying accurate and approachable. Required skills:
Dental terminology, CDT coding, dental insurance billing, patient ledgers, strong typing skills, and comfort with practice management software.
Especially helpful:
