$20-$25 per hour Wave Pain Specialists , a trusted pain management clinic in Chino Hills, is seeking a Part-Time Medical Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our front office team. We're looking for someone professional, friendly, and dependable with a strong interest in healthcare and patient care.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk communication Verify insurance benefits and authorizations Collect co-pays and assist with billing inquiries Maintain patient records using an EMR system Provide administrative support to the clinical team Assist providers during minor in-office procedures as needed (e.g., patient prep, clean-up, basic supplies handling)

Qualifications:

Experience in a medical office preferred Comfortable working in both front and back office roles Strong communication and multitasking skills Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Kareo, Athena) is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Willingness to assist with clinical tasks under provider supervision
