Advanced Eyecare of Chino is a busy, independent family optometry practice looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our small close-knit staff. If you like working with people, learning new skills, and being genuinely good at your job, you'll fit in here. What you'll do Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments Perform pretesting and prepare patients for the doctor (we'll train you) Check in optical jobs and notify patients when their glasses are ready Take payments and verify vision and medical insurance Support the doctor and team with day-to-day office operations What we're looking for Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with computers and electronic health records Organized, dependable, and able to juggle a busy front desk Eager to learn — we cross-train so you build real skills, not just one task Optometry or healthcare experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred Why you'd like working here Consistent weekday schedule, few Saturdays a year Paid training on clinical equipment and optical skills Small team where your work is visible and appreciated Room to grow as the practice expands, with potential of advancement to a trained optician PTO, paid holidays, medical insurance coverage, covered dental, vision/eyewear benefit Ready to join us?
