The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to maintain organized records. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role in medical office Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Familiarity with medical office management practices and procedures. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional support. Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments effectively. Knowledge of dental or medical receptionist duties is beneficial but not required. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
