Job Description

We are looking for an Energetic, Trustworthy Team Player to join our dynamic staff! You must be empathetic and develop warm, trusting, safe relationships with our clients who come to us with vulnerable experiences. This position is at least 16-20 hours per week although there is some flexibility for less or more hours.
DUTIES INCLUDE
  • Providing clinical style treatments largely focused on Microdermabrasions, extractions and chemical peels (for Licensed Estheticians)
  • Sending follow-up emails or calls immediately following each treatment.
  • Documenting accurate and detailed records of treatments and client progress.
  • Promptly answering emails from clients and other staff.
  • As part of a small business, you will be required to perform duties outside of your regular job description including receptionist duties, checking clients in/out, answering the phone, assisting in medical procedures, minor housekeeping duties, scheduling clients, preparing treatment rooms, preparing blogs, posting on social media, and serving refreshments when necessary.
You should be willing to take initiative and step in with a good attitude to perform whatever duties are needed to improve the experience of the clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid California State Esthetics or Cosmetology license. (Not applicable for Receptionist)
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently and professionally in English (verbally and in writing).
  • Punctual and reliable attendance.
  • Experience with medical grade and clinical style treatments preferred.

PROCESS:
Candidates must be able to do a 15-minute Zoom interview followed by a 30-minute in-person interview and finally, a 4-hour working interview in which your interpersonal skills will be evaluated. If selected, there would be a 90-day probationary period after which a written, oral, and client evaluation will be administered.
