Dental Receptionist We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and comfortable providing excellent customer service in a busy dental office. If you enjoy working with patients, staying organized, and being part of a team, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances Review patient information and maintain accurate records Assist with treatment scheduling and follow-up Communicate appointment and financial information clearly to patients Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow Handle patient questions and concerns professionally Follow office policies and maintain patient confidentiality Qualifications Previous dental front office or dental receptionist experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with dental insurance verification and eligibility Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, friendly, and confident personality Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental office Reliable and punctual Comfortable working as part of a team Experience with Denticon is a plus Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Denticon, or other dental software experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive and professional team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Positive, patient-centered workplace Opportunity to develop your dental front-office skills If you are an experienced Dental Receptionist who takes pride in providing excellent patient service and keeping the front office running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
