A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

This is a crucial role in our dealership, as the presentation and organization of our inventory can have a significant impact on sales. You will report to the Sales Managers.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver) Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary) Essential Duties, but not limited to: Ensure that all vehicles on the lot are properly staged and ready for sale Move vehicles to designated areas on the lot as directed by management Ensure that the lot is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Assist with the delivery and pickup of vehicles to and from the dealership Help to load and unload vehicles for transport as needed Perform other duties as assigned by management Apply today and find out all our dealership has to offer!
