Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic dental practice as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our clinic. This vital role combines exceptional patient service with efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, handle medical records, and support billing processes—all while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Your energetic and proactive approach will help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out Schedule appointments accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Curve Verify patient insurance information, process payments, and handle dental billing Manage patient records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, including CDT coding Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately Maintain organized filing systems for records and administrative documents in accordance with health information management standards Qualifications Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting, with familiarity in clinic operations and front desk responsibilities Strong computer skills with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems Knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance procedures, and billing practices including CDT coding Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies to ensure compliance at all times Previous experience with dental clinic operations is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care through exceptional administrative support.
