Role:

Looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in La Habra, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting strongly preferred Familiarity with dental practice management software (preferably Dentrix) Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor
