Job Description

Medical Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator Medical Beauty and Weight Loss is looking for a friendly, professional, dependable, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, comfortable speaking with patients in person and over the phone, and able to work independently without needing constant supervision.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and return patient messages promptly Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Assist patients with questions regarding services and appointments Check patients in and out and collect payments Make appointment reminder calls Maintain accurate patient information and records Keep the front desk, waiting area, and treatment rooms clean and organized Restock rooms and office supplies as needed Assist with daily opening and closing duties Help maintain a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the day Follow patient privacy and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Dependable, punctual, and responsible Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable answering phones and communicating with patients Able to multitask and take initiative Basic computer skills Medical office or receptionist experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating an excellent patient experience from the moment a patient calls or walks through our doors.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
